FANTELIA Studio（以下「当スタジオ」）が提供するAndroidアプリ「球GY - Sports Ball Fusion」（以下「本アプリ」）における、ユーザー情報の取り扱い方針は以下のとおりです。
1. 個人情報の直接収集について
本アプリでは、氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレスなどの個人情報を、当スタジオが直接取得・保管することはありません。ユーザー登録やログイン機能も使用しておりません。
2. 広告の配信について
本アプリでは、第三者配信の広告サービス「Google AdMob」を利用しています。広告配信事業者は、広告の最適化のために、端末識別子（広告ID）、Cookie、IPアドレス、おおよその位置情報などの非個人情報を自動的に収集・利用する場合があります。

広告IDは、Android端末の「設定」→「プライバシー」→「広告」からリセットまたは削除できます。
3. リワード広告について
本アプリでは、ゲーム内の特典と引き換えに動画広告（リワード広告）を視聴できる機能を提供しています。視聴は任意であり、視聴しない場合でも通常のプレイに支障はありません。
4. データの保存について
本アプリ内で入力または生成されたセーブデータや設定等のデータは、すべてご利用の端末内にのみ保存され、当スタジオのサーバー等へ送信されることはありません。これらのデータは、本アプリをアンインストールすることでいつでも削除できます。
5. 広告に関する同意について
欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、スイスなどの地域からご利用の場合、初回起動時にGoogleの同意管理プラットフォーム（UMP）による同意フォームを表示します。
6. 児童のプライバシーについて
本アプリは、13歳未満の児童を主たる対象として設計されたものではありません。当スタジオが、13歳未満の児童から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
7. 第三者への情報提供について
当スタジオは、本アプリを通じて取得した情報を、上記「2. 広告の配信について」に記載した広告配信の場合を除き、次のいずれかに該当する場合を除いて第三者に提供することはありません。
- ユーザーご本人の同意がある場合
- 法令に基づく請求があった場合
- 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合
8. 本アプリが使用する権限について
本アプリは、広告の取得のためにインターネット接続を使用し、広告の配信・最適化のために広告IDを使用します。
9. プライバシーポリシーの変更について
本ポリシーの内容は、法令の変更やサービスの更新に伴い、予告なく変更されることがあります。変更後の内容は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

This Privacy Policy explains how FANTELIA Studio ("we", "us") handles user information in the Android application "球GY - Sports Ball Fusion" (the "App").
1. Information We Collect Directly
We do not directly collect or store any personal information such as your name, postal address, telephone number, or email address. The App has no account registration and no sign-in function.
2. Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service. Advertising providers may automatically collect and use non-personal information — such as device identifiers (Advertising ID), cookies, IP addresses, and approximate location — in order to select and measure the ads shown to you.

You can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time from your Android device: Settings → Privacy → Ads.
3. Rewarded Ads
The App offers optional rewarded video ads that can be watched in exchange for in-game benefits. Watching them is entirely optional, and declining does not restrict normal gameplay in any way.
4. Data Storage
All save data and settings created in the App are stored only on your own device. They are never transmitted to our servers. You can delete this data at any time by uninstalling the App.
5. Consent for Advertising (EEA, UK, Switzerland)
If you use the App from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, a consent form provided by Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) is displayed when you first launch the App. Where required, ads are personalised only with your consent.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not primarily directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
7. Disclosure to Third Parties
Other than the advertising described in Section 2, we do not provide information obtained through the App to third parties, except in the following cases:
- where you have given your consent;
- where disclosure is required by law; or
- where it is necessary to protect the life, body, or property of a person.
8. Permissions Used by the App
The App uses an internet connection to retrieve advertisements, and the Advertising ID for the delivery and optimisation of advertisements.
9. Changes to This Policy
This Policy may be changed without prior notice in response to changes in law or updates to the service. Any changes take effect when they are posted on this page.
